I just purchased one of your item and it is still not shipped.  When are you guys going to ship my order?

 
      Answer:  

We tried our best to get your items shipped out as fast as possible.  But with limiting personal, we can not ship out everyday.  Our current shipping days are Tuesday and Friday.

 
Question:  

What shipping services do you guys use? I have my own shipping account.  Can you guys use that?

 
      Answer:  

We mainly use the post office and fedex for our shipping needs.  If you have your own shipping account and would prefer to use that instead, just let us know we can accommodate that no problems.

 
Question:  

Do you guys ship ship to other countries other than United States? What service do you use and when can I expect my package to arrive?

 
      Answer:  

We do ship international orders worldwide.  We use international first class for items under $100 in value and international express for items over that value.  Expect wait time is about 3-5 weeks for international first class shipments and 5-10 days for express shipments.

 
Question:  

What are your return policies? Does your items come with any kind of warranty?

 
      Answer:  

Our return policy is simple.  If an item does not work accordingly to our descriptions, you can return the item to us for full refund or replacement of same/similar products.  Please be aware that buyer is responsible for covering return shipping cost.  Our products come with 30 days warranty.  After that, the warranty will be no longer valid.

 
Question:  

I wanted to buy bulk.  Can you guys combine ship and give me discounts?

 
      Answer:  

The answer depends on value of product you are buying and your definition of bulk.  For combine orders total more than $100, we can either offer combine ship for you or offer you 5-10% discount.
